With multiple living areas, generous bedrooms, and peaceful lake views from nearly every level, the house offers the perfect balance of gathering space and quiet retreat. The main living area is located on the upper level, where large windows frame views of Lake Avalon and the surrounding trees. This floor features a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining area ideal for shared meals. Two private bedrooms on this level each have their own bathroom, making it a great setup for couples or guests who prefer fewer stairs. Step out onto the upper deck to enjoy coffee in the morning or sunset views over the water. Downstairs, a second living room with another wood-burning fireplace creates a relaxed space for kids, games, or movie nights. This level includes three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom, which works especially well for families or kids sharing space. From the lower level, guests can step out onto a covered patio that opens to the backyard and the wooded path leading toward the lake.
